Non-Rotating Wires

Especially during transmission, end cutting, and usage, it should be noted that non-rotating wires are more sensitive than other wires. Therefore:

a. Non-rotating wires must be securely tied before both ends are cut or should be cut with a suitable machine.

b. Transmission and length cutting operations should be performed in accordance with the rules on suitable transmission machines for this purpose.

c. Avoid applying sudden loads during use, and ensure that the wire does not pass through small-diameter pulleys and does not rub against sharp corners.

d. Unloading sudden loads should not be performed while non-rotating wires are in operation.

e. Non-rotating wires should not be rotated under load due to other external forces.
