Floating Concrete Scaffold
Floating Concrete Scaffold
Floating concrete scaffold stands out in terms of durability among other scaffold models. In the manufacturing of a floating concrete scaffold, the concrete structure applied securely to the ground ensures the expected durability even under tons of weight on the surface. Therefore, it is an ideal choice for approaching large ships and medium-sized boats to the shore.
The floating concrete scaffold, being the strongest among floating scaffold systems, can be implemented in your project at a reasonable cost. Another important feature is its resistance to external factors. In areas with unstable weather conditions, external factors pose no problem for the floating concrete scaffold because it provides strength to stay in the designated area for years. It has the capacity to bear even the heaviest loads.
Besides floating projects, the floating concrete scaffold, with its cost-effective and robust structure, can be preferred for various facilities and ships in different areas.
CSS Marine
Unique Scaffold Design
Our uniquely designed and turnkey-produced Farbam Marine Floating Concrete Pier has a total lifespan of 50+ years.
Another characteristic feature of high-strength concrete is its ability to withstand aggressive environmental conditions for long-term durability due to its low permeability. These floating piers can be produced in the desired length and width.

Our factory is capable of producing Floating Concrete Piers with high strength up to C40/45 upon special request. These pontoons have a compressive strength of 55 MPa and above, achieved through the use of selected aggregates, high-strength cement, and new-generation polycarboxyl-based chemical additives.

Special Alloy
Resilient to External Factors
This product is a resilient and robust structure with a special alloy, emphasizing its capacity for load-bearing. In this context, the load can reach tons of weight.
Considering that some of the floating concrete piers we produce can be tailored for weights of up to a minimum of one (1) ton per square meter, it demonstrates greater strength, durability, and a higher load-carrying capacity.
